Unique and uniquely architecturally styled house with a beautiful view of the sea and adjacent islands. The house is located on the east coast of the tropical island of Koh Lanta, where you can watch the beautiful sunrise every day, but also several nearby islets at sea with turquoise, blue or silver color, which changes several times during the day. From the west side, the house is protected by a high mountain and is thus hidden from the flood of the afternoon sun when the temperature is highest. The land is set in greenery, guaranteeing complete privacy, where you can hear only the sounds of nature, but a few minutes from restaurants, reptiles and everything the island has to offer. The house is situated and designed so that the sea view is not only from all rooms, living rooms and terraces, but directly from the bed of both bedrooms. At the same time, however, so that complete privacy is guaranteed and the house is not visible from the road. The selection of this land took us 4 years before we found a place that suited us in all respects.
We built the house for ourselves and it was built and furnished from the best materials and in the highest possible quality. The house stands on the lower part of the land (about 1600m2) and the upper part of the land (also about 1600m2) is completely vacant. Our original plan was to build on this kind, adjacent land of 10 apartments for long-term leases (the project for the construction of these lands is calculated at 135 000 USD) – which would guarantee a very decent regular income.
The house has its own well, electricity supply underground, illuminated garden, WIFI internet and satellite TV. The total built-up area of the house is more than 300 m2. The house also has a garage for motorcycles and a place where you can build an apartment with two bedrooms by simply adding two outdoor walls. The house is furnished with hand-made luxury furniture from India, Burma, Pakistan, China, Morocco and Indonesia. There is also a excavated space on the plot for the pool (depth 3m, width 5m and length 11m). In agreement with electrical companies, we built a power line at our own expense, and due to this investment, the rate for electricity is half. Because the house also has its own well, the total cost is monthly, including WiFi, satellite TV with more than 500 programs and electricity between 5000-5800THB (150-170 USD)
